If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you. In the event that you receive a product that was mis-shipped or is defective through no fault of your own, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact Fujifilm within thirty (30) days of receiving the affected product to initiate the process. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
